How to Make
- Stamp Best Friends and colour in. Add glitter highlights to the dresses and jewellery. Layer onto purple card and add border with a fineliner.
- Layer patterned paper panels and ribbon onto the base as shown.
- Attach the stamped panel. Add flowers layered with gem brads and a greeting.
